Fett is a locally owned group of companies focused on serving real estate sales, management and property services in central Iowa.  We have 3 companies but we are one team of awesome hard working people. Real Estate can be complex, but we focus on making the process smooth by connecting sales, management and service for our customers.

Company History

Our founder, Collin Fett, grew up working construction with his dad. After College at Iowa State he stayed in Ames and jumped into real estate as an agent and investor purchasing a duplex.  The blend of construction and real estate knowledge were the key. This allowed for portfolio growth both for investors and himself by managing and renovating. 

The Fett Way

The Fett way is our focus on improving as a company. Since our company was founded in 2015 we have had a continental focus on improving the operations of our company. From kitchen renovations with our construction team, to residents move-ins with our management team, or a purchase with our sales team, we hope to show you the experience of the fett way soon.
