Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of move-out. (Any cleaning fees or repair costs will be deducted from security deposit.)

You are required to pay rent your full lease term or find someone to sublease.

When your lease is set to expire you have the following options if you have NOT received a 30 day notice from Fett Management.
1) Sign a full term lease
2) Pay $100 in addition to base rent per month*
"Going Month to Month" This option is assumed if you do not take option 1 or 2. This option allows you to only have to give a 30 day notice to move out at any point.
*Please note if we can not reach you with a renewal offer it will be assumed that you vacated you unit by noon on the last day of your lease.
This is considered the “formal” notice and is required to be summited by all residence planning to move out of a Fett Managed property. This includes: If you are moving out prior to the end of your lease and if you plan to move out at the end of your lease.
SUBLEASING
Option 1: Tenant-Facilitated Sublease
- Tenant is fully responsible for finding applicants.
- The applicants must be approved by Fett Management.
- $100 fee will be due once new lease is signed.
Option 2: Management-Facilitated Sublease
- $250 fee is due immediately for marketing, listing, and showing.
- Management will show, screen and approve applicants.
- Once new lease is signed it is agreed that the incorporated lease will be void
